Celery & Carrot Lacto-Ferment - made Tues. Aug. 18/15

- 4 large carrots shredded
- 1 small red beet shredded
- 4 slices cucumber chopped
- 9 large stalks of non-organic celery with leaves chopped
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 13 wild apples - approx. 3 cups chopped
- 2 cloves of non-organic garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp non-refined salt
- 3 Tbsp of my cabbage/zucchini mix as a starter

I mixed everything together, then packed it into 3 liter mason jars and left them in the cupboard for 3 days, then refrigerated...  They are filled perfectly just to the shoulder.
