- 3 small non-organic onions chopped
- 1 Pink Lady & 1 Granny Smith apple diced
- 2 med. cloves of non-organic garlic minced
- 1 small red cabbage chopped finely
- 4 med. non-organic zucchini's chopped
- 2 Tbsp unrefined sea salt
I mixed everything together . This made enough for 3 liter mason jars filled to just below the shoulder. I left them in the cupboard for 3 days before refrigerating them and then moving them to the basement once fermentation had slowed...
